Are you insured?
Yes, we have public liability insurance up to the value of £2,000,000 and we can send a copy directly to your venue or event planner if required.
What kind of events do you supply to?
We supply mainly to weddings, however we can also supply to parties, bridal showers, baby showers, christenings, product launches, corporate events and photo shoots.
Do you only supply events in Devon?
We are based in Devon but cover Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Somerset. Delivery and collection costs will vary depending on the location of the event. We are willing to travel further, the travel cost will reflect the distance each way.
When should I book?
We recommend you secure your date as soon as possible, its never too early to book suppliers, as we get booked up pretty quickly.
How do we book?
Let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org that you would like to book us for your event and we will send over a deposit invoice and contract, to secure your date we will require your deposit payment and the signed contract returned.
When do I need to pay and how can I pay?
A £150 deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the event, we will remind you when this is due. We will send our invoice to your email address and you can pay by bank transfer.
